Stressful Wedding Invitations. Even though the invitations were lovely, I cannot recommend The Invitation Chicks. We had so many issues with the invitations and getting them correct. Took 3 proofs to have my name spelled right on the invitation. We got them weeks past the date we were supposed to have them, we almost had to rush order through another company to have them in time. Customer service is not their strong suit. If you don't like stress, don't get your invitations here.

Great Customer Service. I was in the store when the following customer was in the store. I know the owner personally and this is not the situation at all. The customer was given all information of the paper given and given 3 proofs. After given the final product, she realized her mistakes, in which The Chicks redid once for no charge. This is poor leadership her her part, as this was for a school function. This was a lack of communication for this young girl. I would recommend this business to all people, young and old, as the owner and manager are always there to satisfy there customer. I have done all my invites with the chicks including my wedding and now my baby announcements. I would recommend to all.

Very Poory Quality. Absolutely horrible service. The owner is never there and no one else seemed to know what was going on. Promised us one thing and then changed the color of the paper without calling us. When we went to pick them up, we had about 10 invitations on a metallic paper and the other 340 were on flat paper. The paper we had requested was no longer available. They then promised they could print the 340 invitations on a slightly different shade of metallic paper. They said it would be "barely noticeable." When we picked up the invitations, they were printed on 3 different colors of paper - all completely different! Names were wrong, extra spaces were in the middle of names, and some were even made incorrectly or had stains! Terrible, terrible service and quality.

Not worth it. The staff was helpful and nice at first, but we are now encountering some problems that don't make choosing this shop worthwhile. We paid everything in full after we received a photocopy of the proof for our wedding invitations. We were also told that the invitations would arrive assembled. Yesterday, we picked up the invitations, unassembled with a misprint.

They then lied and said the misprint (placing my last initial instead of an ampersand) was the way invitations are being printed these days. Luckily, the misprint is only on the little seal, but they're still wanting to charge us $20 for new set of little seals. The misprint did not show up on the photocopied proof, thus it was beyond our control. They said they're charging us half of the price and that it's a "win-win" situation. No, we lose. We get charged an extra fee for a problem that is not our fault AND we're stuck assembling 150 invitations when we were told we wouldn't have to.

Great, personalized service that went beyond our expectations. After getting engaged, my fiance and I went by Invitation Chicks to look for invitations and thank you notes. We were really impressed with what we ended up with. We found plenty of things we liked in their huge selection, including a few things that I didn't realize they would have -- like reception decorations. The staff worked with us to create a custom invitation, offering some good advice when we needed help (and believe me, we did, not knowing a thing about weddings). On top of all of that, they went out of their way to gather a few suggestions on the rest of our plans, like finding a nice outdoor location in the Hill Country for the ceremony, speaking with photographers, and tracking down a good caterer. Given the large number of engaged couples who drop by, they certainly seem to have the expertise. Their prices were very reasonable as well.

Really, I can't imagine being able to plan our wedding without the help of the ladies at Invitation Chicks. I'd recommend them to just about anybody looking to plan a wedding or party -- you won't find people who are more willing to go out of their way to help you.
