Experienced Craftspeople. I work for the city and we had a huge job no one could do and the lady at Micheals at the Quarry sent us to this shop. Myboss saw the work for the convention center and said "This shop knows what they are doing...the frames are perfect. I would so recommend them and we have gone back with a job for the mayors office and had the same service.
Not Impressed. The owner, Katherine seemed very nice. I had picked a frame out that was mounded on the wall, and she informed me that it was no longer available. (why have something up on the wall if it is not available). I then asked her to show me what was. I picked out the frame, matting and explained to her how I wanted it. She told me it would take a full 2 weeks. I called her 2 weeks later and two days after that she returned my call stating that the frame order was lost and to give her 3 days until it came in and she could complete my request. It has now been 3 weeks and she hasn't returned any of my calls on both her cell and office number. I paid for the product up front and I would not recommend this shop to anyone. It is frustrating having paid up front and not having the respect to return a customer's phone calls. To put this business into a few key words: Unprofessional, unreliable, unrecommended!!!!
Super good framing Very creative...very!. This is a super neat little shop! Very experienced! I think they have been in operation for like a hundered years..I know cause i have been going there since 1973. Most of the time they get things done quickly but super high quality! Best framing anywhere! very resonable.
