Amazing service & cut!. I rarely get a hair cut- not because I don't want to, but because I Hate for people to touch my hair. I came in looking like shaggy from scooby doo- and left feeling and looking like a new person. Not only was the staff very friendly, my hair stylist- Joe L. - treated us with generous Hospitality. I was sweating of fear that my hair was going to be mowed off- But- he truly made me feel Relaxed. After about 41/2 years of searching after moving to San Antonio, I have found my place of hair worship... lol Thanks!!!…

My current stylist Melissa Ann is truly a competent and confident professional, who approaches my every visit as another opportunity to improve on her previously exelllent service. A stickler for detail, Melissa Ann purposely and deliberately approaches my haircut and style as a singular moment that deserves her every attention. Tina I love you!!! Visible Changes North Star Mall. I have been going to Visible Changes for over 10 years...I love love love love this place, my hair color director I am not sure of her title All I know is that she is the best..I have gone from a brunette to a blonde (not all in one step) but I Always look amazing and if I bring a picture of the color I want she will get it precisely right. She always make you feel at home and she is very knowledgeable about every single product I always buy the products she recommends and she always recommends the best whether I need more volume or I want my hair wavy or if I want it silky straight. Anyone who wants to change the color of their hair needs to go see her like yesterday I give you my word you won't be disappointed. And for a hair cut you have to go see Albert or Jackie (Jackie is at La Canter now) but both Jackie and Albert will make you gorgeous.. One day I had to go to Toni and Guy because I needed my hair done that day and VC didn't have any appointments so I reluctantly went to this god awful place and I asked for Kim Kardashian curls for my bachlorette party and I came out looking like Screech from Saved by the Bell. It was horrible I was so upset, I had three other occurrences with that place with different friends of mine and well I just wish I would have taken a picture so you all could see the disaster that Toni and Guy did. Anyway enough about them. Everyone needs to go to visible changes, now understand that their prices are a little high but it is worth every penny I promise..
