Anthony was so nice and helpful.. Anthony was so nice and helpful. He went out of his way to do a really good job. He should be rewarded for going the extra mile to satisfy a customer and get the computer back to working order. He actually got me a new one from the NERDZ!

Great as always!!. Gilbert was top of the line!!! He was extremely helpful and polite. He spent time making sure I understood everything about the new equipment. He is a big asset to the NERDZ Company.

Great Customer Service. The Nerd they sent was very competent and friendly. I've used them in the past and they always explain things for me, which helps me to understand and most of all gets me back up and running quickly. A pat on the back from one of the older and non-competent.

Highly Recommended. We always call the NERDZ. They have been to our home several times. This is the first time we have needed help at our new business, but we will call if anything else happens!!!

Just not that helpful. I just felt that they did not take me seriously. They told me I wasted my money on Antivirus software. And that I didn't need any. That the problem was the websites I was going to. I felt so judged. I took my pc to geeksquad and they fixed my problem and charged less than the nerds quoted me.
