Quality Product and Excellent Service. I was referred to Richardson's lighting by a friend and was very happy with the quality of product and helpful staff. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to afford what I wanted, but after looking through their inventory I noted that many of the lights I loved were on sale! I was so happy with the lighting I went back the next day and purchased more. I was looking for a specific lightbulb, which they didn't have, but they referred me to a competitor. They even drew a map and asked me to call if I couldn't find the place. They also have great input on style and location of lighting. I highly recommend Richardson Lighting.

Over Priced & Horrible People. Very rude man I spoke to. He is the one with one arm. He smelled and dressed like he just got home from working on a farm. I could have handled that, but he was just plain rude. He seemed bothered when I asked questions and treated me as if I was privileged to be there.

Bad Customer Service!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. Their prices are too high and they are rude after their sale has been made.
