RDM San Antonio is one of the worst businesses you could ever do business with. They charge your card and make promises. Then they don't return calls, they block calls and 7 months later---I still have no promised product. This should be illegal!!

Ordered software Feb. 7, 2013 Amount was deducted from my bank. I've seen no software yet, March 20,2013. I have sent many e-mail, no reply, I have left many phone messages , no response. They don't list a number on their website, I found one on Google. I am calling Attorney General office for fraud.
Just a heads up about PFS auto financing, Don't do it! After dispute regarding insurance coverage on my vehicle. They have repeatedly harassed me at work and at home. They have showed up at my work and at my home. They have been advised by myself and my office manager to stop calling at work but continue to do so, repeatedly through out each and every day. They use different phone numbers and personal cell number to disguise themselves. They have called so much in one day that they hung up on my office manager several times.
Don't live in any community managed by Management support!!! I lived in Villas of Vista Del Norte in San Antonio. There is just no management. Maintenance is non-existent and tenants are given the run around. Local staff will not give anything in writing, they flat refuse and the lease agreement states that everything should be in writing. You have no proof that you ever gave them anything. How much sense does it make that you have to send a certified mail for an issue in your apartment that you need fixed immediately? They lost my 30 day notice form and said I must pay up to the new 30 day notice date or take a hit on my credit report. Even after I showed them my copy of the 30 day notice formed that I had they refused to honor it, stating at first that I somehow received this form and am attempting to back date it. They then played “stump the chump” with my form stating that some areas of the form are not filled out (even thought those portions were the Office’s responsibility according to the form. Every one that has stayed in their apartments days that they do not give the deposit back, I am sure they will attempt to screw me out of that since I have had so many problems with there staff so far. I am in the military and we will make an official complaint to the on post housing office. They have no 1-800 number, no website, and no Facebook page. The only way to submit a complaint to someone above the leasing office is to fill out the customer service postcard they offer. Hindsight I should have noticed this company was shady, what company doesn’t have a website this day in age? A class action suit makes sense here. Stay away from anything managed by these crooks and if you already live there then make sure all forms are filled entirely and you keep copies of everything. Do not trust them, no matter how nice they are when you walk in to pay your rent each month.
Do not use Becker Ventures for IT work. He says he has all these Degrees and is a War Vet, then doesn't finish or follow through with the job. He Text my secretary to have her tell me, he couldn't fix the problem he left till 7 days later. I paid him, and then Hired someone else to fix his mess. Becker Ventures NO WAY.

At Desert Shadows apt's in brook hollow. Because we moved out due to roof rats and air conditioning problems( which I had a commercial company come and clean the air handler. It was full of black mold. in 2008. I contacted the manager at the time and the problem was not handled. We had a 7 mnth lease which we stayed for 2 of those and gave a 45 day notice. They charged us for the whole lease. And cleaning .The blood from one trap was leaking from the facia vent onto our balcony and it sat there for 3 days until we moved out. They sold the lease to an outside collection agency. They had the apt. rented after I moved out. they double dipped. and double rented. I am currently seeking leagal advise. Any answers?
I moved to ashler oaks apartments 4100 parkdale street in San Antonio TX. It was the worst experience for me, and my family they turn the water off for a week, a.c broke, the carpets were moldy from the apts being flooded out from broken pipes. Also there is a rat problem they leave they poop throughout the apt and got in my food. The yards are covered with trash, and everything is outdated it is hell. We could not live there anymore especially with kids so we moved out, the rental office agreed and their corp office that we wouldn't owe them anything since they were not handling the problem They now have their collections agency calling harassing us and cursing at real unprofessional. We are going to take this to court, if you live there and are having this problem let me know.
I took my 1995 triumph thunderbird 900 to alamo power sports for an overheating issue,they kept my bike for a month and half.They charged me 1,371 dollars,for an igniter,on the way home it did the same thing that I took it in for,I was doing 60and had to pull over quickly on a gravel road,as i hit the brakes the back slid out from under me.I got some road rash and it broke the turn signals,tach,head light and bent the brake pedal.I took it back to alamo they could not tell me how much it would cost to remedy the original cause,and I was told that they would not pay for the damages,that I think were a direct result of a misdiagnosis,there is no legal action for justice ,since I broke no bones or was killed, word of warning if you did not buy your bike from them and do not live in the dominion beware.An expensive lesson, I will try Austin triumph.
Don't use Commercial IT Solutions...They promote a "Platinum Premier Service Agreement" that seems to be a front for charging for uncovered services. Tecnicians not able to solve problems....Service Agreement has a 60-day notice requirement which attempts to charge you, even after the initial period....The final insult is that they send a bill collector to harass you if you are not satisfied with billing and fire them....
