false advertisement. they advertise they will bend over backwards for you to do the job.,what a laugh. i had a rental property that the renters before evicted tore it up. the ac was out i called and explained condition to agent i talked to was told no problem ..when the very young worker arrived he refused to do the work before the house was cleaned better i explained it is hard to do in this heat. he did not care i called and talked to randy he sent jose out who is a friend of the first worker and also very young he too refused to work on it and when i started to cry he just shrugg his shoulder and walked out.. it is nice to know in this day of economic problems that beyer can turn down business because they are so well off and dont need any business... stay away from them..any company that wont stand by their word of advertisment is not a very trustworthy company.…

Terrific Service. A buddy of mine works for their commercial department and you always want to work wioth referral so I gave them a call. The first time that they came out it was to repair something that another AC company messed up when they installed my outside unit. They were very professional and resonable.

The second time I called was on Thanksgiving. Suddenly my AC was completely kaput. There was no read out on the thermostat that I installed (uhm maybe I should have called them to do that!). I had 30 people coming over in three hours and I had to go to Lackland to pick up some airmen that we were entertaining for the holiday. They came out within a couple of hours and had me up and running! It was a real life saver.…
