My New Salon. I just moved to Windcrest and was nervous about trying a new place. No loud music, in your face product displays or frills. I was greeted the second I walked in. The staff are friendly and have a great rapport with the clientele.

I could tell that the clients there had been long term patrons. I saw evidence of one reason for patron loyalty. Apparently one of the clients had walked to her appointment and it unexpectedly started raining right after she'd had her hair set. The owner arranged for her to get a ride home.

Also three clients there were of different ethnic backgrounds, making it evident to me that these stylists can handle different types of hair.

I was seated BEFORE my appointment time, something that seems to be rare in other salons. Gloria asked me questions and made sure that I got exactly what I asked for.

I was very impressed with the customer service and atmosphere. The staff are fun while managing to be professional. A sixteen dollar wash and cut is unheard of. I'll definitely be going back and recommending this salon to everyone I can.

on the above bad review. On the review above about the hair styles was immediately let go she is no longer there . The shop is lovely and the owner has great customer service , if it would have been addressed to her she would have made things right for you .

Bad. Lee Ann did my hair and she had me looking worse then i did when i came into the shop..it was something my one year old could have done...I had to wear a wig to my fathers funeral..Thumps down to this shop.
