Back on the road!. When I couldnt find a deal on a transimssion anywhere this company greatly helped me. The rebuilt my trans with a one year warranty cheaper than I could find one anywhere and repaired some other small issues with my car without asking me or charging me! Im a college student so I cant tell you how thrilled I was when I got my car back!

Great Place, Great Deals. Ive been dealing with them for over 15 years, I read the review another memeber left and there has to be more to the story. They always get my parts pulled and delivered in a very timely fashion. Jason has always showed excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond what most parts stores will do for you. They come highly recommended in my book.

Horrible customer service from Jason. The owner, Jason A. Hart, give horrible customer service. My husband ordered a wheel from him to be shipped to us. When we did not receive it, my husband called Jason, supposedly it had been sent to the wrong address. He promised to send another one out that day, to be received by us the next day. When we still had not received it, my husband again called Jason, he said that he would look it up and call him back. After about an hour, my husband called him, he refused to tell my husband whether it was shipped through, UPS, FEDEX, or DHL, when my husband questioned that, Jason hung up on him. My husband called right back, and asked to speak to the owner or manager, he said he was, and that his name was Jason. Jason then said that he did not know who it was shipped through, and hung up again. My husband called back AGAIN, and Jason told him that he was going to credit his credit card and hung up AGAIN! This time I called, a guy by the name of Mike answered, I asked to speak to the owner, he put Jason on the phone. I asked Jason if he was going to credit the card, and he said he was..I told him to fax me the confirmation that our money had been refunded. He got my information and said,"Tell your husband that it is being delivered, I called the driver and notified him so when you get it, send it back!" and slammed the phone down in my ear. 1- I thought he did not know who it was shipped through, how did he call the driver. 2- If he "notified" the driver, why would he still deliver it? 3- why would he volunteer to refund it, if it had really been shipped? I think he lied to us the entire time.

Also, the State of Texas made it illegal for any business to operate a credit card machine that prints out the whole card number. His printed our credit card number, and then he faxed it to us....that could have been intercepted by anyone..... I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their level of service.
