Poor. Took my cat in as she was passing away, the Vet looked in her mouth and said "oh yeah, she is dying" gave no reason how or why. He and the front desk were more concerned about getting their 12 dollars left on the balance than explaining or being compassionate with my cat that was laying there dead. Once they received the remaining balance of 12 dollars they told me I could go retrieve my dead cat out of the bag in the back. I have never expeirienced such poor customer service and inhumane group of people. I only went there out of emergency. I am on the small better business board and can assure you that I will spread this around all sides of town. I am not sure on how people can sleep at night when they claim to love animals and yet they just care about the money. Stay away!!!!! and spread the word, as I will!!

Excellent Service!!!!. There was one rep that made all the difference! Her name is Cathy and she was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her professionalism is the sole reason I will go back to give this place another shot. The vet tech was not all that friendly, but began to "warm up" to me at the end of my dogs visit. Cathy really listened to what I was saying. I truly felt like she cared, and that is rare at vet clinics, and/or hospitals. She gets a ***** Rating!!! Hope the techs and vets can catch up to her great customer service skills soon!!!!!!

great vets. the rep was real nice she really cared for my dog haven she paid alot of attention to her then the vet saw her and he was real nice and gentle and it should that he cared for her i give this place a thumbs up. the price was very reasonable and the service was great!
