I have tried B-B Que on and off during the last 3 years, each time it has become a greater and greater disappointment . I have never had a take-out meal that was so bad that it made me and my family sick. The meat was obviously old and under cooked. It had been over a year since my last visit and had hoped that it had improved but I was out an expensive meal and a sleepless night from nausea from my most recent visit (09.15.08).
Pros: Nice people, great tea and potato salad
Cons: Meat, Chicken, Ribs, Brisket are terrible and over priced

B&B Smokehouse has the best BBQ in San Antonio. Everything they have on the menu is great. They have not been given the recognition they deserve.
