Tips for James Lawnmower Sales & Service

Not good on their word!.
Took my chain saw in yesterday, when I called I spoke with the salesperson, he assured me that they could make a chain for my chainsaw, and would start it to make sure it stays on.
When I picked up the chain saw I asked if they had any problems and he said no they started it and it was fine.
I took it home and for some stange reason there is no fire to the motor now. Funny they said it ran just fine. This chain saw is not 6 months old.
I called them today and they told me they never said they started it, but they would be happy to work on it to make it run for a fee. Is this how they stay in business. I would not recomend them to anyone, they make up lies and then treat you very rude.
