Dirty !!. Hello

On Aug. 30, 2008 @ 3:00 I went to have lunch at Rocky's Taco House 1938 Dollarhide Ave (210) 333-0442 . The place was extremely dirty there was rice, lettuce, dirty napkins, and straw rapers all over the floor not to mention the cart that they use to buss the tables was left full right next to the restroom. If the place looks like that where the public could see I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I did voice my concern to the man at the register

"who was in charge of clean up"

He had the nerve to ask

"why?"

When I told him my concern on how filthy the place was his response my concern was:

"Well we just came in also".

I am sorry but that was not a good response. If the place dirty when they were taking over they should have asked the previous shift to clean up before their shift was over. I love the food there especially the Tripas & Carbon ala Mexicana & fresh tortillas but the service is horrible. The waitress don't come around to check if everything is alright or to refill your glass. As soon as they give you your first glass of tea you better sip it slowly hoping that it lasts till the end of the meal because if you call for them to refill they just poor the tea without any ice. "I thought Ice came with my ice tea" I am sorry them waitress need a little more motivation to do their job it seems as if they hate their job. I have also visited the place on weekdays for lunch & it seems as if your not a man you don't get good costumer service.
