I had a great experience right from my first visit. Everybody was very knowledgeale and very helpful in choosing my weapon. Even helped me when I was getting ready to purchase lay away.

I bought a used handgun that had some unresolvable problems. The folks at Dury's took it back and gave me store credit--no questions asked. I bought a different handgun (new) and was very pleased.

Not only did I get a good price on a good weapon, I got great advice on the operation, care, and maintenance of it. The salesman was articulate and patient, and answered all my questions. He ended by saying that if I had any more questions or concerns, to call or drop by. Good price, good weapon, great service.

I would rank my experience as five stars! It was such a great great experience. I am a new gun owner and John and David both helped me out so much, John let me know what I needed, even when I didn't know what I needed. We went in looking for one kind of gun and left with something completely different that I am so happy with. It was a perfect fit and I am so happy with it. I was there recently picking up an item I had purchased at an auction they were having and I was treated very well. I was treated with respect and they got me out quickly. There was a guy beside me who didnt understand why he had to fill out all the paperwork, they explained it very patiently and calmly. Very good service and i would like to especially thank Norma who was very courteous and helpful during my transaction and if I was a hiring employer i would hire her. I guarantee ya i would do. Anyway thanks alot and Norma, Thanks alot.
