It was a last minute decision to stay there while on business to the city....probably one of the best decisions I ever made.. The absolutely fantastic staff who would go out of the way to help you feel at home and took every possible care one can imagine. Don’t miss out on the wonderful Lila’s restaurant. Will definitely go there again when I visit San Antonio.

Staff was friendly and very helpful, they gave good directions, knew the in's and out's of getting onto Lackland AFB during graduation ceremonies (e.g. get at the base by around 6 am to avoid traffic back-ups at the gate). It was a very easy atmosphere, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable there. I'd absolutely stay there again.

Except for the breakfast, I was happy with the accommodations. It was easy to find and accessible to the Lackland base quickly.
