HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I wish I was allowed to give a MINUS 5 stars!! Waitress lost our credit card and made no effort to look for it. Eventually another waitress said she had it. A waitress that never even waited on our table had our credit card. Our waitress also lost the credit card that belonged to the party next to us. I will NEVER go to this dump again!!

Worst place ever!!! Not a family friendly enviroment. BAD service, Rude Managment. Over all bad custumer service. Never going back. and DO NOT recomd people to try it. Waist of your money and your time...

Great Food and ICE COLD BEER. We went for Football on Sunday and what Great food and beer specials (Ice cold Beer) Wings are huge barbeque is awesome and Burgers were Great. The atmosphere was like being at the game. We had a GREAT Time and will be back!!!! Volleyball courts in back look like lots of fun!!

Great food for out town guests. Met friends who wanted good barbecue; raved over tender brisket and my favorite; the potato salad. Margaritas were a hit also. Will be back for sure.

The Original Fatso's. Does anyone remember the original Fatso's? It was across the street from the current location on Bandera Rd. That was where the magic happened. They didn't have big screen tvs, or volleyball, but they had good food, and great service. I think Fatso's should remember where they came from. Their BBq sucks and the service is awful. The staff at both locations are flat out rude.

neveragain. Went on a slow sunday afternoon after football season ended. About 10 others in the place on Henderson Pass. The place is new so it looks good. But there was only one wait person who was an expert at ingnoring everyone,one cook and the supervisor behind the bar. After 30- minutes, I had to get up and go to the bar to get my own drinks. The bar tender was slamming down ice buckets, cursing four letter words and this caused for about five people to leave immediatly. After 45 minutes, we were finally asked what we wanted for dinner. One hour after that, we got our food. The burgers were way overcooked.

Bottom line, if you want to go, drink and eat at your house so when you arrive you wont be upset when you presence goes unnoticed.

NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!. Not good at all. Very messy. Not a good environment. TV's are OLD!!!! Service was ok but, needs to improve. Food was good. Overall, 3 out of 10.

Service not a priority; bad ambience. We are new to the area and decided to go catch a game at a sports bar. After reading some reviews, we figured Fatso's sounded okay. Once we got there, I wanted to keep driving. It looked like a big shed surrounded by a chain link fence and a messy outside eating area. Despite it's shabby appearance, we gave it a try.

Not so good once inside. Smelled funky, TV didn't have the best picture, and crowded seating. We ordered and after about 25 minutes of waiting the waitress brought out the wrong thing. We politely corrected her but then had to wait 20 more minutes for the corrected order!

The food was better than I expected it would be and pretty inexpensive. That was probably the only good thing about the place.

To top off the whole experience, when we got our bill, we were charged extra for choosing french fries over chips and they didn't remove the items that were incorrect off of our bill! I spoke with a manager who seemed indifferent. He did give us 20% off the one sandwich- a whole dollar off. Wow.

Bottom line. Not impressed and will definitely not go back.

What happen?. I have previously visited Fatso's for playoff games and had a great time. However, after this last visit I will never visit Fatso's again! The food was good after waiting for th waitress for 2 hours, had her constantly ignore us, and never bring things we requested.

User review by kadame. I do not recommend going here to watch any Spurs game, especially playoff games. It is crowded, hot, and the service is horrible. Our group had to wait at least an hour for the waitress to even come back to our table so that we could order. I suggest staying home or going somewhere else for games!
