good service, decent food.
our waiter was very friendly and attentive, but the food didn't quite match the price. my lobster tail and shrimp were smaller than expected and were a tad too salty for my taste, but still yummy. decent overall.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment..
In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Way too pricey for what you get!.
This had to be THE WORST Red Lobster we have ever eaten at. I don't know if it is because the surrounding area looked abandoned or what, but the food was just horrible! Our lobster tails where burnt & uneatable; the snow crab legs tasted like frozen foods; and the service was just not even there. Way too pricey for what you get. Avoid this place at if you are on a budget and/or want real good seafood.

Great Place To Eat.
The management staff was awesome, they came to our table just to ask how the food was. The food was great and the people were friendly. I definately recomend Red Lobster at I-10 and Callaghan.
