You will never get a technician with more than a high school diploma, you will never ever get anything resembling Customer Service. These people take your money and do not provide the service. Call them and there is no answer. Shame on San Antonio City Government for allowing this. Time to cancel the deal with Time Warner and run them out of town. They are stealing, nothing more than that. Deal with these "people" at your own risk.
