Long Term Contracts. Lost our business recently due to changes related to the economy and other physical issues, beyond our control, lost everything, but TW wants to make sure they recover their share, and presented us a bill for 4800.00. Is this really fair. I took a risk and they took a risk, I loose everything, and they continue to profit from my loss??? Am I one of the 99%, i work hard, I take a shower, and am educated.

Not worth your money. Thanks to the virtual monoply enjoyed by cable companies( having persuaded our easily bought out Congress to make them not just rich, but stupidly rich) you pay a premium for mediocre service.

San Antonio Needs to Dump this Terrible Company and Do It Today. You will never get a technician with more than a high school diploma, you will never ever get anything resembling Customer Service. These people take your money and do not provide the service. Call them and there is no answer. Shame on San Antonio City Government for allowing this. Time to cancel the deal with Time Warner and run them out of town. They are stealing, nothing more than that. Deal with these "people" at your own risk.
