Caution. Be cautious about spending big bucks at this place. They tend to sell the instrument, like a piano, and then walk away. The service department is pretty much non-responsive. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Nobody calls you back. You get no status or follow up calls. Internal communication is severely lacking in this organization. You are not made to feel important after you spend thousands at this place.

I escalated to the owner, Al Flores, and got my major problem resolved but for the rest of my issues, all covered under the warranty, I am back to square one. The owner has not returned my past three calls nor does anyone else. I do not have a pleasant feeling when dealing with this organization. I would not purchase anything else from this business.
