Best Mexican in San Antonio. You will visit many Mexican restaurants in San Antonio but will find none any better. The food and service are authenticate and very good.
The Best in San Antonio!. Cha Cha's is The best place to get great mexican food, wonderful service within a great setting. With reasonable prices, great lunch specials and a vast selection of food and drinks (namely the margaritas, which have won awards), Cha Cha's is the first place I recommend to everyone. Whether you are new in town or just new to Cha Cha's, they always make you feel right at home. My family and I had been going for years until we recently moved to Oahu. Cha Cha's is the #1 reason I'm homesick! You owe it to yourself to visit them. Whether you are on a date, with your family, or by yourself, you are sure to enjoy yourself.
Margaritas and Guacamole. Cha Chas has the best Guacamole I have tasted in San Antonio. The margaritas are also very good. I would recommend purchasing a pitcher and sharing it among friends. The service at the bar has always been gracious and caring. This is one of the better mexican restaurans in town.
I Love This Place!!. Cha Cha's is by far my favorite Mexican food restaurant. The atmosphere is perfect. If you want a romantic date, ask to be seated in one of their decorated gazebos. If you're with a group and want a fun atmosphere, go on a night they have mariachis, order a pitcher of your favorite margarita (tons to choose from) and request "El Rey". You can't go wrong with the food either. My favorites are the Queso Flameado, the Enfrijoladas, and the Sopapillas. Also, try their "hot margarita". It sounds weird, but it's really good.
An expansive menu and tropical flair make this Mexican restaurant an original..
The Scene
Right off the busiest stretch of Babcock Road, Cha Cha's is hard to miss, with its green-neon sign. Popular for lunch and dinner, it has an indoor pond and rainforest grotto, as well as several smaller rooms that are multicolored and decorated in traditional Spanish tiling. Keeping the fiesta spirit alive year-round isn't difficult here, where the margaritas are tall and the mariachi band doesn't stop.
The Food
From beef tacos to complex seafood dishes, everything a Tex-Mex lover could want is on the menu. Spicy but not combustible, the chili relleno is a particularly savory entree that's good as a vegetarian dish or with beef. Tomatillo fans will enjoy enchiladas verdes, which, unlike similar dishes at other restaurants, succeed in capturing the fruit's mild yet tangy flavor.
Golden. Cha Cha's has a very unique ambience. Where else can you go and relax and be stimulated at the same time. The waitstaff are the finest and the food is delectable. However, the part of Cha Cha's that really shines is the pure Golden flavor of their house margaritas. Cha Cha's has, by far, the best gold margaritas one can ever have. The price is amazingly low; $15 for a GOLD margarita pitcher is all you pay and worth $25 or more. Can you say YUM?!
