A Happy Mother. Thank You Dr. Stefko!

I was already pleased w/ your knowledge & attention to my son's broken hand, but was beside myself when i was made aware that you had already accessed and reviewed my child's x-rays prior to our arrival to our appointment.

As your staff member (Woody) began making the cast for the broken hand, i asked how you were able to diagnose his injury w/o me bringing copies of the x-rays from the e.r.? He informed me that you were able to view the hospital x-rays from your office computer, which made me very happy to know. As it turned out, it relieved a lot of my stress, not having x-rays in hand & being worried having to spend more money on extra x-rays, the news was more than good.

Again, thank you & your staff for everything, we look foward to our follow up visit in 3 weeks to hopefully have his cast removed.

Definately Recommend To Others..... Decided to create this review after my 3rd encounter w/ this office & their staff. I have nothing but positive things to say about the doctors & their staff. They are extremely "kid friendly" & have treated no less than 3 children in our family over the last few yrs. I have also been made aware that they have also provided excellent care for @ least 2-3 of my nephews. ( Even working out payment arrangements for one of the mothers)...

We have been seen by both Dr Stefko & Dr Edeen; both were very considerate & knowledgeable..... & the kids think they make the "coolest" casts there as well...

Dr. Edeens office. ,y one year old son had an appt there and i called on my way in from del rio t otell them i might be a few minutes late at the most, the receptionmist said she would have to ask dr.edeen first to see if my baby could still be seen and she came back and said the Dr. said you had 20 minutes to get here or reschedule!!! can you believe that after i wasnt even late yet and traveled 3 hours with an infant and there is one recpetionist that is so rude ( janelle)i always have to ask to speak toanother girl when i call

The worst customer service ever!!. We were referred to this office for a second opinion (my daughter had fractured finger), but never had a chance to see any of the doctors! I was told that they can schedule apt for the next day, but as soon as I mentioned second opinion, I was transferred to someone else. After she took all the info, she told me that she had to check with the doctors, and that she will call me next day!! I knew right away that something wasn't right, and of course I never got the call back. I called them again, and I was told that they're are referring us to the "Hand clinic"!! Supposedly that "Hand Clinic" would have better treatment for my daughter!! The funny part is that they really thought that I believed what they said. The real reason was that this doctors could not charge as much, since we already went to see someone before them. They did not want to see my daughter, because they cant charge us as much. What kind of doctors are they, and do they even care about the patient? I don't think so!! Only thing they care about is money, and if I were you, I would think not once, not twice, but three times before I take my child to someone like them. They don't know that I work with 13 doctors, and I've discussed this with them. I was told that if you ever go for second opinion, don't ever tell them that when you're trying to schedule appointments. They will either tell you that they're booked 3-4 months in advance, or they would refer you to someone else. I'm glad that my daughter was not seen by someone who cares only about how much money they can make of each patient!!What a shame!!!
