If You've Got the Blue Hair and Wads O' Cash, He's Your Man!

Over the past six months, I have been under Dr. Neely's "care". Simply put, the man has too many patients. I constantly request paperwork for my employer and insurance, which is rarely received. I have a debilitating back injury from work, constant pain, yet was not given a pain management regimen for over THREE MONTHS, and only then because I demanded it. At the last appointment I attended, I waited over three hours to be seen. When he finally saw me, he spoke to me for approx. five minutes and was standing at the door, jockeying to leave. When I tried to reel him back in the room to ask a few questions regarding my back and limitations, therapies, etc. Neely insulted my weight (I had just recently lost 50 pounds), and all but ignored my questions. The "special care" stories that keep surfacing about Neely seem to be originating from his wealthier clients. No surprise there. I'm just your average, normal, vanilla-insured 22 year old. It also seems that, after conferring with some of his other patients, he seems to have an affinity for prescribing Tramadol, which he threw at me as well. A lot. Listen, if you want a doctor that takes time to listen to you and is concerned not only with your ability to pay, cross this one off your list
