If you think you are getting the "winning team"- you are not. During my dealings with this dysfunctional group, I would find that information that was sent to one member of the team was not shared with the rest. I would have to answer the same question 2-3 times, which is not what I expected when dealing with "professionals". Also, be sure to review documents very carefully because even if you agree to one thing, they will change it up on you-AND THEN BLAME YOU for the mistake. Who would think they need to "double check" on real estate professionals? PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Pat Acquisto, Keller Williams Legacy Group

My husband and I bought a house that was listed by Ms. Acquisto with a faulty ac unit. Ms. Acquisto originally said the problem would be fixed. Upon finding out the price, Ms. Acquisto has backed away from her original statement, only offering to pay up a fraction of the cost. Keep in mind it is 100+ degrees in San Antonio this time of year and we have 3 small children. Ms. Acquisto only wants to make her commission, not a smooth real estate transaction.
