We never compromise on quality. All of our mouthwatering dishes are made in-house daily from only the freshest ingredients. We offer traditional Tex-Mex items like nachos, enchiladas, tacos and handmade tamales as well as delicious specialty items like our succulent filet mignon fajitas, tender pork ribs, or our famous shrimp brochette.

Pappasito's Cantina. Great Margaritas, the best fajitas both beef and chicken. This is a great place to meet your friends after work or on special occasions. I like to celebrate my birthday at Pappasito's in San Antonio, Texas. The waiters are so friendly and prompt.

This place is bumpin'!. I had no idea how popular this place was until I visited. The place is huge and it was jammed pack on a Friday night. We bellied up and had a great margarita at the bar while we waited for our table. The fajitas we're really good. Check it out.

via mexico food!. i still like this place, it has been better but its nice to fall back on. I like fajitas but my palate has expanded. San Antonio is a treasure for food so its easy to nitpick. I will stick with pappasito's until i have a bad experience.

Horrible. this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, I don't know what happened. This last trip put a nail in the coffin for me. I was served grossly undercooked shrimp wrapped in grossly undercooked bacon and unfortunately didn't realize it until I took a bite. The manager acknowledged the mistake and apologized, but that is just inexcusable, not to mention dangerous. Did I mention I'm 7 months pregnant!? I was nearly in tears when I realized what I'd put in my mouth. As a side note, we waited almost an hour for this undercooked mess at lunchtime, which is why I was so hungry I put the food in my mouth before realizing it was essentially raw. I will NEVER go here again!

Great Tex-Mex. For all those complaining about the price and quality...I suggest going down to Mexico if you want good cheap mexican food. This is great food for Tex-Mex and people in SA are spoiled with cheap-cheap mexican food and atomosphere. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE FOR FUN AND GOOD FOOD.

Food sucks and too expensive. You are paying too much for food that isnt eve good. I went with my parents none of us liked our food we payed and left.

If you aren't in a hurry and don't care about the service or the food, this is your restaurant.. We arrived at 6:00 Sat evening. Very busy. We are told 45 minute wait. It was obvious from the start that this was not to be the case. After an 1 1/2 hour we asked about the status of our table. We were told 3 more people in front us. Unfortunately, they told the same thing to the next 3 people that asked. The hostess was flustered and very tired of answering inquiries about the status of customers wait, and didn't care if you knew that. We were finally seated at 7:50. The waiter was extremely friendly and apologetic. The food was just okay. Honestly, at the point we have been at the restaurant for 2 hours and 40 minutes, the food didn't have a chance of tasting good. Absolutely NOT worth the wait or the price. Even after we were seated, it was another 40 minutes before our food arrived. My only regret is the rating system requires me to give ONE star. Otherwise, it would be Zero.
