Consistently seeks homeowner feedback.
This HOA spends a lot of time listening to homeowner's. The recent special assessment that was levied against the homeowner's was talked about for 3 years before the board moved forward with it. The HOA has two meetings a month, one in the middle of the week and one on the weekend to accommodate the schedules of as many homeowner's as possible. If you are going to invest your money in a condo, you need to know that you have a voice. Here you do!

Badly managed condo comples.
Every unit got hit with a $10,000 bill and double the home owner association fee - for what- because it has amateurs on the board that have no business running a complex this large and the Wildwood association is a joke. Do not but into any unit at the Bridges - forsee many more large increases in fees for years to come.
