Stay away from the drama!. i used to go to hugos until i found out how unethical and unmoral the owner is. he has a "girlfriend" that he lies and cheats on. and he expects his staff to lie to her too! the most embarrassing part is that EVERYONE knows except her. and he is ALWAYS talking about his personal life and flirting with his female clients. no one goes to a spa to hear about drama or someones personal life, i just want to relax! needless to say, i havent been there in a while.…

Just say "no" to Hugo!. I received a gift card to Hugo's in February 2008. The stated expiration was one year, but most professional establishments will honor gift cards beyond that point. The business has already received the money, right? Anyway, I had booked an appointment earlier this year, with approval to use the recently-expired card, but they called the morning of the appointment to say my designated stylist would not be in that day. Since I was getting ready to leave town, I said I would have to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, the very witchy response was that they would NOT honor the card. After two unsatisfactory experiences, I will NEVER contact that salon again for any reason and will now purchase my Aveda products at La Cantera.…

great customer service. I tried Hugo's Day Spa for the first time. I got a haircut and full Highlight. Let me tell you it was a great experience! I had my concerns because I have really thick and wavy hair and have had the same hairstyle for years.

I was looking for a change and I got it. I got a more sophisticated cut for my age (54). My hairstyles gave me just enough highlight and yet suttle looking. I was very impressed. Ladies you will love all the pampering you get from start to finish. I know I did.…

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I had the pleasure of getting a GREAT haircut the other day at Hugo's just off Huebner and Dezavala. I'm new to the area and have driven by many times ,and I always wondered if the service there was as inviting as the appearance of this wonderful Spa seemed. Well, from the minute I walked in the door the girls at the front desk made me feel very welcome, gave me a walk -in appointment, served me a beverage and made sure I was comfortable until I left feeling a little younger than my age and beautiful from my new haircut...( compliments of David) ...I would recomend this Spa to any of my closest friends with confidence they would be treated as I was on this day...what can I say? I can't enough I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT HUGO'S !!! I'll be back. kk…
