Worst Brazilian Blowout Experience. I went to see Diana for a Brazilian Blowout and was so pleased with the results, I gave her a VERY nice tip. Since she did not have the required hair maintenance products and I live three hours away, she told me she would have them for me when I returned two weeks later. When I tried to call her to remind her I was coming to San Antonio, she quickly dismissed my calls and explained that they would be there when arrived. However, when I came to pick up the products, she tells me that "they were on back order." While she did offer me samples, she watered down the shampoo so much that by the time I was home, the water had separated from the solution, leaving less than an ounce of the product. Her kind gesture turned out to be an insult.

The Brazilian Blowout is a VERY expensive treatment and after speaking to other stylists, I've learned that the company strongly recommends that salons have the products available for the clients as it is necessary for the maintenace and longevity of the treatment.

I've since been to another location and unfortunately for Diana, she actually did a horrible job and I will NEVER return to her salon!

best salon in san antonio. marcel is the best in san antonio and I mean this just go to marcel and get the best color, hilites, and haircut your ever had, with nothing but the best in hair color, they use goldwell colors. Try my girl Diana, shes very good. I found her though another friend, glad I did my hair is very importante to me is what people see first. come to this place is very nice Very afortable. I very happy with this place. Thank you

Wonderful and Friendly Personnel. I have been going to this salon for several years. I have seen the negative reviews and admit that we all have had bad employees or co workers at one time or another. I am very happy with the salon and think that Diana does a very good job. Her staff are always willing to go out of there way to make you happy. There are some people in this life that no matter what you do are NEVER happy and then there are those that complain to see what they can get FREE!

Great Highlights. I was refered to marcel by my sorority sister! lol i can see she already commented! well thanks danielle! Rhyan was great. oh and Erica did my makeup. i am loving my do' i kinda dont want to sleep on it because i don't want to mess it up! well i am the type of person to freak when someone takes a pair of scissors to my hair (i had a horrible experience when I was younger) well after I got comfortable and started to relax I could tell the Rhyan knew what he was doing. I was a little iffy because he said he just started working there, well i thought he just started doing hair but he has actually been doing hair for 5 years. well he fixed my botched color job that I got from another salon. and he put in a few pannels of highlights. I was very happy. I would recommend him to anyone.

first time at marcel, but not with my stlyist. I have been a client of Rhyan for about two years and this is my first time visiting him at his new job! He is the newest addition to Marcel. I think they got lucky with Rhyan, he has a warm spirit and positive atitiude. His work is great and very creative. I have always just told him "do whatever you want" and I have always left feeling fresh and sexy. I also love the salon. it is nicely decorated and stylish. Rhyan is now closer to where i live and so i will have to visit him more often

Got what i expected from my hairstylist. Rhyan was very attentive and had great attention to detail! He made sure to know and ask questions to know what i wanted! I only came in for a cut but he suggested some highlight for dimension and i am so glad that I said yes. Rhyan was very professional and offered beverages and constantly checked to make sure i was comfortable. I love my color and my cut. I will be returning. :-)

HORRIBLE SALON. This was the worst salon experience i have ever had. Upon walking in to the salon, the room is dirty, smelly, and unorganized. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The stylists don't know what they are doing nor do they care. For the poor service, i still tipped my stylist, only to hear her tell me she actually needs a 20% tip and i should pay her more. Save your money and do not go to this salon!

Sweaty Massage. Had a massage last week. Room was super hot and the guy giving the massage was sweating all over me. Sweat was dropping on my bac! EWWWWWWWWWWWW

great wedding parties,great customer service, great stylists. I had an appointment for my trial pictures and everything came out beautiful. The day of my wedding the stylist were all on time , and everything went according as planned.i noticed there was a bad review stating there appointment was not on the book, and maybe it's because there appointment needed to be reserved.Now I'm a regular client for color and cut and I've gained a trust to put my hair in any of the stylists hands.
