This place rocks. I have actually been coming here for almost 2 years. Each time they do a great job. I need to look professional because I'm in sales, but at the same time it needs to look young and hip. Ask for Johnny.

Quality service - Attentive hairstylist. My hair has been cut/styled by highly in-demand, highly experienced stylists in the Houston area for years, and I have paid BIG MONEY for them. I KNOW what makes a good stylist: Attentive to their customer's detailed intricate request, knowledge of various methods/using the right ones for your specific hair, and a desire for the customer to be satisfied. Ask for Debbie, and she will give you what you want. I'm in SA now, have tried at least 5 of the "top-rated" places, and I'm tired of paying so much money so frequently for overpriced stylists. Go to Debbie, save $150, and buy yourself a great outfit to finish your look.

Go only if you're a grandma. I shop at other Northwoods stores so thought I'd give this place a try. I should have known to turn around when I came in and the manager looked like her hair was dry, over bleached and lierally cracking off. She was at least over fifty and told me I needed something "young" and hip. Yeah right. I'm sorry but they were low class and definitely not stylish like the "spas" of SA. She kept telling me how great they were and all of the events they have at that salon and trying to get me to sign up for botox and all sorts of stuff I had no interest in. I felt like I was held hostage by a telemarketer or something. My cut was bad, uneven, and I had to go back to my stylist in Austin the next day. Unless you want grandmas cut and a big sales pitch don't go here!
