wow. Wow..... I have never waited at a doctors office for that long. waited in the waiting room for 2 hrs & the room for another hour & a half. Ridiculous!

clinic is okay. This clinic is okay. I've been going there for years. When it was thousand oaks clinic it was a lot easier but now that we can make appointments the wait is longer. I've been seeing Dr Calzada who is a great doctor. I also take my daughter to see him as well. He was the only physician to tell me that my daughter has ashtma after 3 years of multiple doctors telling me she'll grow out of it.The front desk is very friendly when i walk in they treat me as if they knew me for years (which most of them have.) This place does need an upgrade though because the seats hurt after awhile. I think they have improved from that last time i was there. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Worst Clinic Ever. People that work at his clinic have the worst customer service skills possible... There was this one nurse w/ blond hair that has a really nasty attitude; If you dont like dealing w/ the public why even have a job! If you can, I would "AVOID COMING HERE"! The people here dont have any compassion its all about a pay check for them!

Great place if you want to wait forever. The worst place I have ever been to. When you first drive up the outside looks ghetto. You walk in and there is no where to sit. Why you ask, because the place is packed! Go to the receptionist desk and they are all rude. One imparticular is a big black lady who is the rudest of all. Wait time if you have an appt. is 45 min to an hour. This place takes walk-ins therefore they get in where they fit in which could be in front of you! Do not waste your time at this place.

Poor clinic service San Antonio. This clinic has become very poor in service and attention. Sitting in the waiting room takes an average of 45 min to one hour to get waited on. The doctors and nurses appear to be competent; but their service appears to be less than desired due to a high volume of patients being served. My comment above is based on approximately two years of service.
