Aramendia did a very fine job on my repairs. They came out to my hoem quickly, and they explained in detail everything they were going to do, and made sure to get approval before they went forward on any recommendations. The pricing was very fair, and the plumbers very courteous
I called Aramendia about a leak under my bath sink @ 11am and by 230pm it was fixed. The service manager (Cindy) and licensed plumber & assistance (Jacob & Adrain) were very professional and efficient. The cost was a bit high, but well worth the efficient response time frame. I would not hesitate to use them again if another emergency like this would happen.
I have never been disappointed by Aramendia. They are prompt, work me in quickly, and always show up when they say they will. I have found the employees to be professional and courteous. Finally, I offer this thought, "you get what you pay for." I will continue to use and recommend Aramendia.
Absolutely appalling company. I'd describe them in fact as a nightmare. Appear to be professional at first glance. In fact are not. Technician charged almost $300 for work that wasn't done and left the premises before that work could be assessed. Was left for 2 days without AC in over 100 degree heat before another technician was finally dispatched. Second technician then tried to quote thousands of dollars worth of work which was then found to be unnecessary by three different third parties. Contacting the company yet again, I was given assurances of call backs which did not occur in a timely fashion to address the problem, and was finally refused a refund. Had to take further action vis outside agency in order to get satisfaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST.
Terrible, terrible service. Make sure you call around after getting a price from these guys. They wanted to charge us $2,400 for a job that 2 other companies were giving an estimate for $400 on our AC unit. Aramendia just wanted us to buy a whole new ac unit instead of just fixing the old one. If I could rate them less than one star I would. When we are finally ready to buy a new AC unit we will NOT be going to Aramendia.
Grossly Overpriced. Will never use them again. – We have used Aramendia several times in the past and have generally held the opinion that, while expensive, they could be relied upon to get a job done quickly and efficiently. Based upon their performance on the last two jobs they did for us, we will not use them again.
In February 2012 we had a water supply line leak and had to shut water off to the house. I called them in the morning and told them the situation. They said they would be out after noon. I called them several times that afternoon only to be told a truck would be there soon. They finally arrived about 7 p.m. to do the job in the dark.
This week I called them about a leak on the irrigation system non return valve and asked for an estimate to repair or replace the valve. The quote I got was $400-$500. When the plumbers arrived they looked at the valve and said it would cost $1300 to replace it! I complained and they finally brought the price down to $800. They wouldn't consider repairing the existing valve and insisted on replacing it. While they were doing the work, I disassembled the old valve and found a small piece of PVC in the seat of one of the check valves. This could have been a simple, low cost, fix. The plumbers were only interested in selling a new valve. I checked the price of the valve they installed and found out it was a cheaper version of the one I had. Aramendia had wanted to charge me $1300 to install a valve worth $175. The two plumbers took forever to get what was a very simple job done. I'll look elsewhere next time I need a plumbing repair.

mixxed reviews – GREAT job replacing my sewage clean-out last year! $750 from under the house to under the street. so i called again just yesterday when my old water pipes froze up with rust and gunk. I know my old 1947 house needs to be re-piped, but Jesse from aramendia wanted to stick me with a bill for over $10,000. really? well i couldn't pay for that kind of bill, so he left. still no water to the kitchen or clothes washer. so i woke up this morning, watched some do-it-yourself videos and tore apart my washer and fixxed the problem myself. then i went to lowe's, bought the exact same faucett for $119 that jesse quoted me for $600 and installed the new faucet and lines myself. my house still needs to be re-piped, but at least in this pinch i was able to buy myself some time (get water back to the kitchen and to wash my laundry) until i can afford to pay the $4500 estimate to the other plumber that I got found an hour ago. Aramendia is officially on the bottom of my list just below their other over-priced competitors (the beyer boys).
Friendly Staff & Knowledgealbe Plumbers – They did a great job fixing our kitchen sink that was leaking. We also replaced a couple of faucets since they had some really nice ones on their truck. They were very nice and didn't leave a mess. Would definitely use them again.
