Mean? Really?.....the father and son were very good to me and my husband!!!!! We go every year to purchase from them, not because the cars we bought break down only because they have very reasonable prices hopefully this will be our third year!!!!! Sometimes we just want something new and or different.....cars are superb, have no trouble whatsoever, just your normal stuff like oil changes and brakes and checking the tires you know common sense things in that nature, love the company, I'm always recommending them to others, but how many people do you know want to pay cash for a car not too many, but we will to avoid a car note ;)

NEED TO HEAR BOTH SIIDES OF STORY. We Check out our cars And detail them the best we possible can, be for we put them up for sale , we did reclean Joanns car . Since the detailer died the owner personally recleaned it him self . We Apologize for the mix up and inconvenience.

Horrible Customer Service. we found a great truck no thanks to the sales people. we looked at 4 trucks that day and spoke with no one, we did all the leg work to go inside and get the keys, while the salesman just sat on his ass doing NOTHING, he did however complain how we were looking at so many cars. I wanted to leave but my dad who had purchased from them before, was set on this one truck. So we bought it and I asked if it will get detailed, he stated that it has already been detailed, and it was very dirty. he didn't bother to go outside and look at it, so he told us that if we bring it back in 2 days they will detail it. oh but not until after he said I can wash it myself. Yeah, so we go back in 2 days, and they refused to detail it. great truck, horrible, horrible customer service. Don't go there, we won't be going back.

My kind of shopping. More dealers should operate this way. You are free to browse the lot. You know the price, and they are there to assist you in checking out the car once you pick one you might like. No hassle. I've purchased two vehicles from them and will likely go back again if the need arises.

Good Service. No pressure shopping!! You can look around the lot without someone following you around. Cars are clean and the folks working there are helpful and not mean as hell. The cars are reasonably priced and then folks want them cheaper and cheaper go anywhere else and see if you can find prices like their's. There are not very many places where you can find good clean used cars at great prices. Go and give these guys a try!

Good cars. The people are mean as hell, BUT the cars work great! They lure you in with a price that's reasonable but don't visit too much because that will bite you in the behind-- meaning you won't be able to bargain with these vulgar folks.
