Trailer Hitches service to avoid, this is one.

Bad customer service no apology for getting an order wrong for a new trailer hitch for a 2003 Fort Tarus, missing parts poor workmanship of wireing for trailer lights connectors. Customer service rep had poor public relations attitude, young and seemed to lack customer service training.

I will continue to take my service t o U-Hauls of San Antonio, Tx.

• Pros: Was close to home
• Cons: Very poor customer service from front office.
