I'll agree that this is probably the best asian grocery store in San Antonio that I've found so far. It's a still a small market, but it carries pretty much all the essentials for most Asian cuisines from Chinese, to Korean, to Filipino, to Japanese. It has a decent selection of frozen, dried, canned, snack items, etc. If you like ramen noodles, this could be your sanctuary, with almost 2 aisles devoted solely to different noodles. There's also a stall in the back where you can get roast duck and roast pork, which is pretty good. There isn't much of a meat/butcher area, it's mainly seafood (but I guess the name kind of implies that). It has a small section for fresh produce, but I emphasize the word SMALL. All in all, it's a decent and fairly adequate place to pick-up most of the asian food items you can't find at HEB. After patronizing the all encompassing Ranch 99's in California, I can't give this place anymore than 3 stars. But don't get me wrong...for San Antonio, it's a pretty good market.

Best Asian grocer in San Antonio by far. They have a fantastic selection in a large, well lit, clean store with fresh produce, frozen, dry foods, fish & meats, household and decorative items. Very friendly and helpful staff. I especially loved the Peking ducks and BBQ! All my favorite different Asian specialty foods from Chinese and Thai to Korean & Japanese have been found under one roof!
Pros: Wide variety & selection
