BAD MEAL AND BAD SERVICE. I will never eat at another Bill Miller's restaurant again. I ate at the Bill Miller's BBQ on Culebra Road and Loop 410 this past evening and the food and the service were atrocious. I ordered a poor boy plus with fries and the meat was 75% fat. I brought the sandwich back to be re-made and they brought me back a sandwich that looked like it had been smashed with someone's hand. Instead of a nice round bun, the bun was smashed flat. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I guess some of the employees must have anger issues. sad....
