Refund of Tenant's Security Deposit. Has any tenant of Northwest received full refund of their security deposit upon move-out? Would love to hear your experience.
Owners best friend, Tenants get the shaft. Rented from them for 2 years in the same property. Rent was never late and always made myself available for their required quarterly inspections of the home. Then with 60 days left in the lease they inform me that the home I was renting must be made available to anyone who wants to come in 12 hours a day ( 7-7) seven days a week. Oh and the best part was that they said that one hour notice is more than enough time to prepare my home and three kids for a showing. Will warn every renter I know to avoid these inconsiderate, uncaring, hacks.
Our experience with Northwest has been the direct opposite of the previous writer. Been with Northwest for little over 6-years. They helped us find a house and have been managing it since. Our experience is that they are honest, thoughtful, and balanced between owner and tenant issues.
Any, expense over an agreed $$-amount is cleared with the owner before the work is done. Also, I have recommended another person to them and she switched her 4-properties to Northwest.
No business with them if you are looking for a property mana. If you are looking for a property management company, do not rely on them. They are good for tenants, but they don't work for you. and you lose money on the property. Because they spend your money to fix for a small thing to please tenants without confirming with owners. I had two years with them. I'm so glad to get rid of them.
