Great service. They were fast and friendly. I gave the tow driver the wrong address to drop car off but he was extremely kind and forgiven. They are awesome!

"Greatest company by far". About 6 months ago, my husband and I where traveling on our harley. We got stranded, Jason Banis, the owners son drove all the way past Devine to pick us up and it was close to evening time, He drove myself, husband and our harley back into San Antonio, took us to two hotels to find us a room for the night. Once we found a room Mr Banis took our bike to their lot ( he couldn't take to Harley dealing till Sunday morning). The next morn this sweet man came to pick us up from our hotel, hauled our bike to dealer first thang the very next morning! With this young man, my husband (55 yrs old) and myself (53 yrs), would have had not idea where to start figuring out the fastest way to get our bike hauled, fixed and back on the road. Mr Banis never charged us extra for taking us to the hotel or picking us up. I would never in my life use another company othre than Banis Towing. Mr Don Banis, you have done great!! God Bless you guys!!!!!!!

Worst Towing Company ever. Okay so I neeeded a tow truck, I called Banis towing, after showing up an hour late the tow truck was very rude. I asked to tow the car to my local dealer to which the driver replied "okay, but it'll cost ya". So I get my car towed at an over priced amount to my dealer. When I went back to car my ipod, money left in change, and cd's were stolen. I know the dealer didn't touch them because they didn't have a key. So in the End steer clear of Banis towing, they will steal and over charge you.
