Americanized Vietnamese. Saigon Elite advertises that they serve Vietnamese cuisine. However, upon eating there, I found that the food tastes more like Americanized Chinese food than Vietnamese food. Even the menu is fashioned after such, only listing a couple of Vietnamese words. Apart from the food, the art on the walls is absolutely beautiful, ranging from traditional Asain art to the abstract; and Saigon does feature a flat screen TV on the wall.
