Do not move here - do yourself a favor and run like H___!!. I have lived here for only six months. When we moved in we had a small water problem which grew into a huge water problem. When we complained about it it was ignored. We have mold growing on the walls, the vents, behind the toilet, you name it. It is inside the vents and the sheetrock is destroyed because of it. We are breaking our lease and moving to a nicer property. They have spent so much money fixing the outsides and calling themselves "Arroyo Ranch." Get real - that's like putting lipstick on a pig - if it's ugly, it's ugly. Doesn't matter what you do to it on the outside it's what is on the inside that matters and they don't care enough about the tenants to fix those problems. Do not move here and don't recommend it to anybody else either. Management is definitely the worst there is in the whole city of San Antonio. Please check them out first so that you can see what we mean. DO NO MOVE HERE!!!

don't move here. I have lived in these apartments since 2007; I moved here because I was getting married and needed a three bedroom apartment quick and there are not too many 3 bedrooms in this area. When I moved in the apartment was not ready. I turned in a cd with pictures to the office so they would know what was wrong; nothing ever has been fixed. I have had problems with the A/c since I moved in. The maintenance guys are clueless idiots. If you have two bathrooms and one breaks they don't bother to fix it because you have another one. The mailboxes have been broken several times; and one time we had to go to the post office to pick up our mail for over a month. Big Hassel!! My apartment was broken into a couple months after i moved in. In June of 2007; it rained for three weeks. My patio would flood every time and when I called the office to ask them if they would bring a pump to pump out the water from my patio they told me that since the water had not actually come into my apartment yet there was nothing they could do. I told them that was what I was trying to prevent. The only reason I have stayed so long is because my daughter goes to Clark and she is graduating this year as soon as she does I am out of here. I have lived in apartments around the Medical center for 15 years now and this by far is the worst place I have ever lived.. BEWARE DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS BAD.
