Had my 2004 Ford Pickup in for brake work and stalling problems. The checked it out and called me with any estimate for the work. I approved the repair and found their work to be satisfactory and the estimate was right on the money!

I've recently taken my car to Grissom Automotive and have had to take it back several times. I still continue to have problems with my car. 1st return, my car was in worse condition than it was prior to bringing it in. Drove off and my breaks locked up completely and had to drive back with them locked. Steering fluid was very low. They charged me for misc. fluid flushing as preventative maintenance. They stated the lockup was due to a bad Master Cylinder, which they replaced and I still have the same problem with minor lockups. 2nd return - coolant leak. They charged me for a coolant tank stating "Whomever worked on it last (Them) didn't clamp the hose down properly & had a pinhole leak". The manager was very rude/condescending to me and I will never take my car there again. I don't recommend their business to anyone.
Cons: Misdiagnosed, Expensive, Poor work
