At first I was glad to see that someone had rated our pediatrician low. Better for us I thought b/c the wait is sometimes a little long, but I simply can't let something negative be said about Dr. Gulde or this office. The other viewer is absolutely right. They absolutely never, ever turn us away when something unexpected comes up. I would guess that may have something to do with the wait times for those days when you do have appointments. My wife always points out that the other parents, who get seen, are just as concerned about their children as we are about ours so we're ok with waiting a little. If you're looking for an absolutely wonderful pediatrician, nurse (we love Marilyn too) and staff, then you don't need to look any further. Dr. Gulde is understanding, compassionate, and empathetic. He takes the time to make sure that you understand everything thoroughly and actually listens to you as well. If being on time is more important to you then maybe you should consider someone else - and that's not to say that they're slow every time. I'm just saying it's happened but last week we called to see if they could fit us in and they didn't have any appointments available that day but got us in the very next morning. We were in and out within 30 minutes and we are parents of twins! We've been with Dr. Gulde since the birth of our twins but we have had experience with all the doctors of this practice and they have all been an absolute blessing to work with but we especially love our Dr. Gulde (parent of twins himself btw).
Pros: Listens and explains everything - never turns patients away. Great about calling back.
Cons: None but I can list more pros: Great waiting room. Parking is easy. Great hours.
