don't go. I rather pull my toenails out one at a time than deal with the people here. No one can answer your questions and then they contradict each other. Someone needs to get a clue

Great Hotel, close to base.. I came down here TDY in October, and I love the Kelly. No bugs, quiet, and you don't have to stay on base! PLUS, you rate full, $66 a day per diem. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from base. I prefer being away from base as much as possible, and this hotel is perfect. The staff are very accomodating and pleasant. There is an outdoor grilling area. And it's QUIET. If you can stay here, opposed to on base, do it. It is well, WELL worth it.

AirForce mom says..... I was not excited about getting a room here due to the other reviews. Yet , when we arrived it was a very nice place, very clean , really good air conditioning. (No bugs or ants seen anywhere) We had two rooms for one night booked for us by another service guy. The carpet looked new , the shower had endless hot water , little mini refrigerator, coffee maker , all the extras(shampoo, cond.,lotion, ) The only difference I could tell between this room and one off base is there were no kids running up and down the hall , the front desk girl looked me in the eye when she spoke, she was very nice and helpful, gave directions to the room , even aquired a roll out to help with our extra guess. The price is wonderful ,for the comfortable, cool, clean room we slept in , a blessing , when you have to pay over $3.00 a gallon in gas to get here .

Restful spot. I stayed on the second floor and didn't see any insects. My room was clean and it met all of my needs. I can say if you want extra plush i.e. Hilton then be willing to pay for it. Life is just too short for complaining. I only needed the room for one night. The staff were very helpful and my room had a small kitchenette, recliner and a small dining table (in addition to a comfortable bed). I can't think of any other time that I got so much for so very little cost. P.S. I wouldn't stay in a room that had ants in it, it kind of makes you wonder about the person that would.

Worst Hotel Ever. Don't pay for this! Ants galore. Got eaten every night for months. Air conditioning keeps going out. Roommate was opposite sex. Front desk didn't seem to care until tonight and Jasmine was really helpful. But the ant problem is really bad. 7 to 10 bites a night for three months. Families beware!!!

You get what you pay for. The Kelly Inn and other base housing can be a COLD surprise during the colder months because if the Base Commander does not see fit to allow heating...you're out of luck! The reservation personnel do not advise patrons ahead of time that there might not be heat in the rooms and then act surprised when complaints flood their switchboard. They were kind enough to extend an extra blanket but never offered a heads up. Not real great if you have an infant or child. I can bear the cold if need be but family acommodations - It is not. Don't ask for a refund - They will laugh! Sneak a heater in that you can buy for $18 at Wal-Mart.
