After reading all of the reviews and being recommended to the hospital we went and gave it a try. We are currently with Banfield (which really is nothing) and they did nothing to help my dog who is sick. The desk staff at Converse Animal Hospital was attentive but not overly so. We did wait for 15-20 min. to be seen. The vet tech/nurse and veterinarian were nice. Although the vet recommended a food that I am not comfortable feeding to my dog (as it is low quality and has doubtful ingredients). We came in with a coupon, but we were unable to use it since it was only valid if our dog was 'healthy'. We were also told they had a military discount, but when it came time to apply it, military discount only applied to vaccinations, which we had not done that day. We were also slipped some other medication that we had not talked to the vet about. We were told that the instructions for all of his medications would be on the invoice, but upon returning home, it was not. I will have to call tomorrow and ask. The total of the visit was 158 for the office visit, parasite screening, medication and prescribed food. Overall, we had an O.K. experience, but I'm not going to recommend it to anyone.

Worth the drive!. I moved to King William recently but still make the drive to Converse Animal Hospital because of how professional and caring they are. Thanks for always providing stellar service for my dog Bess.

pro status!. Very informed staff. Nice visit, in and out. Nice reception on arrival, everything was peaceful, clean, and the staff was professional. The doctor explained everything clearly and very well understood our issues and concerns. The office was clean, nice scents, lovely fishtank as well. Clean seats and floors, no clutter on the counter. Both vets took very good care of my pets. Keep up your pro status in our community, thanks. Everything that I encountered was excellent and customer service is great.

Simply great!. Jean always visits our dog when we come in. We feel well cared for. Dee and Hannah are always friendly and helpful and Dr Mary Ann is simply great. She remembers your dogs needs.

Front desk is very helpful!. The front desk people are always helpful when I call and have questions. I really like that the office is very clean, there was on odor.

Quality care to your patients. You give quality care to your patients and you do it at a reasonable cost. You are also always on time with your appointments. I only waited very few minutes in the lobby and that because I was a bit early.

Cordial staff members. Everyone is cordial, seems truly interested in the welfare of the clients and pets. I loved everyone that I have dealt with in all my visits. I will keep coming back.

5 Star Service. The staff at Converse Animal Hospital was quick to get my upset kitty into a room to wait. I appreciated that. Everyone is quick and professional as well as compassionate and friendly.

Very professional. I really feel my little guys were really cared for. I am extremely grateful they did so well. I was very worried about their health declining, but thankfully they are both doing well.
