Took my healthy dog (English Bulldog) to get spayed. Please read:

*Then they began to nickel and dime me for things you'd think would be included in the higher-than-most-places spay fees (e.g., pain medicine).

*During the time leading up to the procedure my dog hurt herself in their kennels and I was forced to foot the bill.

*After picking her up I noticed they trimmed one of her nails too short which caused her bleeding (and surely pain).

***The next morning my poor dog was DEAD.

Amazing Vet, Caring Staff, Best Clinic in town!. I have been to lots of vets and Dr Curd and her staff are amazing. I appreciate that I was able to ask the questions of Dr Curd that I wanted to ask about my dogs situation. I was blown away by the staff, from the receptionist when I called to make an appointment, to the tech assisting Dr Curd all the way through to paying for the services I received and the follow up after we left. I highly recommend this clinic!

USE AS A LAST RESORT. I took my dog there. It was okay but I have had better experiences at vet clinics. Since I am military I thought that I would give it a chance, I may need a place to board my dog. Well I took him to be seen for a minor problem that he has been treated for several times in the past. I only paid $68 for the treatment and meds at my other vet clinic. When I left there I was out of $214.

It would have been more if I had not protested additional meds that he really did not need. This place also needs additional staff. You wait an eternity to be seen. I thought healthcare for humans was costly. LOOKOUT PETOWNERS....JEEZ. Like my headline states, I would use this as a last resort. I will go to PetSmart since it will cost about the same, but at least we will be seen on time.

Saved my pet's life. I took my cat to an emergency vet and was quoted $1200 for his care. The doctor even explained to me that it might not even make a difference as my cat was in "very bad shape." He even told me I should put him to sleep because of a swollen face and a sinus infection! Needless to say I did not feel like putting him to sleep was even necessary for this situation.

The very next morning I took my cat in to the Ellison Drive Vet Hosp and they saw me right away without an appointment. The doctor was really nice, helpful and explained in detail what she did and why she did it. The costs were reasonable as well and the staff was very courteous. The bottom line is that my pet is now fine, is eating again and has gone back to his attention seeking ways!

Dr. Curd is a caring Vet.!. I adopted a 10 yr. old cat for the shelter. When Dr. Curd did a check on her, she discovered she had a heart problem. She tried everything to find a way to treat it and make my newly adopted cat feel more comfortable. She took time during her lunch to discuss procedures with me in depth so I would know exactly what was happening to the newest member of family. Dr. Curd was so compasionate and caring, she stayed late many a night with me. I adopted Dawn because I know that older cats will usually get stuck in shelter until they die. Dawn has been such a joy and Dr. Curd has helped us help her.

They were all posted within a 48 hour period. From 08/19/08-08/20/08. They were all great reviews, with 5 stars. Pertty shady! The real reviews are the ones that were not posted by these people.

A Caring and Knowlegable Vet. I called EDAH after my regular vet was was unable to provide a "fast" appointment for my extremely sick cat. I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment late in the day. After several tests, Snuggles was diagnosed with Diabetes. Dr. Curd explained everything completely, she was fast but thorough. I knew I was in for some serious vet bills (the staff gave me an estimate prior) and was offered the insurance option, but declined. I was able to pay AFTER his stay (3 days) which gave me time to gather my funds. It has been about 2 months since Snuggles was diagnosed and I buy the diet food and insulin directly from EDAH which prices are expensive but comparable to (1800petmeds and petRX). I have realized that owning a diabetic pet is going to be expensive. If you are a pet owner, you must be willing to pay what is required for a healthy happy pet. If you are not willing then maybe you shouldn't be a pet owner. I recommend EDAH to anyone if you want a friendly, knowlegable veterinarian staff.

Greatful Costumer. If you walked into a medical clinic without insurance or military backing you wouldn?t be served for free or for pennies. Medical treatment for pets cost about the same as humans. I am a client and friend of Dr. Curd. It is very disturbing to think there are individuals who are so ignorant and argent about pets and people. Dr.Curd is a christen woman who for the past two years has been running her Vet clinic and taking care of her 3 kid?s while her husband has been serving our country in Egypt and Iraq. I find it insulting when ignorant and argent people expect a free ride, and when they don?t get one; they take it out on innocent people. All I can say is MY GOD HAVE MERCY on those who judge with such self-centered argent hearts. Bye the way this past summer I had to have my 15 year black-lab boxes mix put down. Dr.Curd came to my home and helped my family with this hard decision. Unless you own a large farm animal most Vets don?t make house calls.

Sincerely,

Satisfy and Grateful Costumer
