Really horribly run company. They don't know what's going on at their properties or with their vendors or even with the property owners. They lie to the owners of the properties they manage and try to cover things up from them, they lie to the future residents about what they will do and DO NOT CLEAN the properties. Fortunately I have an honorable and good owner who I got in touch with and who had to take care of the issues himself! They are useless. If not for me knowing about the property codes of TX I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with them. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I bought my place I immediately became a board member. Both as a new owner and as a new board member Hallada has been a huge help. Their staff is knowledgeable, organized, and just a phone call away. I'd recommend them to any association looking for a better management company.

This is the best management company I ever rented from. They are the people in charge and they are great to work with. Maintenance requests were always deal with quickly, I needed a new stove one time and they brought in 24 hours. I rented from them for 1 year and I would love to go with them again. Thanks guys

I rented a great unit in a very well maintained building from Hallada for 3 years. I had nothing but a positive experience with the entire team especially Nancy. She walked me through every step of the leasing process and even gave me reference letter for my next landlord when I move out. I highly recommend them!!!

Thank you Nancy!! She is simultaneously kind and assertive. She is no-nonsense girl, who gets the job done, but she's not pushy about it. Nancy went out of this way on multiple occasions to meet us on-site at our new rental location. She is easy to contact, and he holds your best interests at heart.

I've lived in Hallada properties for three years now and I have been very pleased. They are prompt, attentive and keep up with their properties. They are also easy to talk with very accommodating... They are pet friendly, too!

I have known Nancy for a long time. Her business is run as it should be today... with attention to service and detail. Even if you need work done that is not in their operational description they are willing to think outside the box and get the job done. What don't you guys do??

The best management company I've had in San Antonio. Buildings are in good shape, service calls are prompt and to the point , buildings are in great locations. No fee or application fee is an added bonus.

I've known Nancy on a professional and personal basis for a few years now and can say that she is one of the most knowledgeable agents I have ever met. I have never seen more competent and dedicated staff. I had problems that were fixed by means that required expert workmen and premium materials. They listened to me and there solutions were so much better than I thought possible. I was treated honestly and with great respect.
