Nancy is amazing. She helped me find exactly the rental I wanted. She is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient... exactly what one would want in an agent. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be going back to her when I am ready to buy a property.

Staff has always been friendly and gave me quick responses to questions that I've had. Moving out of town for a job, otherwise i would have renewed for another year. Thanks again.

Horrible Customer Service. All US Military Members please stay away from Hallada Property Management. They are nothing but rude. Do not make repairs and give attitude EVERY time they speak to you. They don't contact you directly and every time you call their office you will be met with horrible customer service. When we moved in there were roaches everywhere. They weren't interested in getting the house sprayed and said that was our responsibility. They say they have an emergency number in case you need repairs to the house that are needed immediately. The number is their regular office number and just goes to an answering machine.

Prospective renters- Check out their BBB complaints. Actually READ them. Make an informed decision. Read the reviews on this site. If they've been rude to everyone else most likely they'll be rude to you. If you're in the military read your lease carefully. Check the housing office for places that you shouldn't rent from.

Do not deal with Hallada Property Management!!!!. If you are interested in a rental property managed by Hallada Property Management, run far far away from it. I have been having to deal with these people for almost two years and they do not care about customer service. Repairs to properties are not done in a timely manner and fixed correctly. When we signed our lease and moved in, the house had not been cleaned and there were dead insects everywhere. I wish there was something to be done about this company cause in my opinion they should be shut down!

Bad customer service, still waiting on my security deposit. I am in the US military and I rented a property from this office in 2007. I was then deployed to Iraq for one year. The company was difficult to deal with and made it seem like I was on their time. I never received my security deposit and I am currently coordinating with them to receive the check. I keep getting the run around with them and they continue to treat me as if they don't have time for me. Their service hasn't been horrible but they definitely don't go out of their way for their customers, especially under the circumstances I have been in within the last year. I do not recommend conducting business with this company.
