Find another bicycle shop. I've dropped in twice over the last few weeks. Bad customer service and overpriced compared to 2 other bike shops I've dealt with + sporting good and dept stores and their bad customer service. This is the only time I have had to complain about a bike shop in my life and I have and always had a lot bicycles I take in to various shops for parts and service over the last 30 or 40 yrs.

Best Bike Shop in Town. Recently I purchased two old school Peugeots, which needed plenty of work. I didn't know much about fixing up bikes, so my dad told me to take them down to cycle logic to get their opinion on what needed to be done to them. When I got there Allen and his crew walked be through everything I need to know about bikes. Along with their awesome hospitality Allen supplied me with all the tools and parts I needed to get my bikes rolling again, even special ordering tools for me.

Damn good bike shop!. New to SA and moved here for a job. I finally was able to get my mountain bike out of storage and get back into riding. It definitely needed some work on it to get it back into proper riding condition. I did a search online and came across Cycle Logic; the reviews sounded promising so I went in to find that these guys know what they are doing. They didn't give me any BS about how cheap and old my bike was and try to sell me one of their bikes instead.

The first guy I talked with took a look at my bike and suggested that I contact the manufacturer and see if they would send me a bottom bracket replacement for free; which they did and all I had to do was pay shipping.

I dropped off the bike and parts to Allen and his team and they eventually got to working on it (they are busy and I can see why; they are just that good).

After sometime, Allen called me up about my bike and the parts the company sent me; turned out they didn't send a spindle with the rest of the parts. So I contacted the company and after finally getting across to the representative what I needed, they told me they didn't have that part in stock due to the age of the bike model. But, they sent me a crank set instead with missing spindle to see what Allen could work with. Allen was able to utilize the new and some old parts he had lying around his shop to resurrect my bike back to proper condition. All this work and his determination of getting the results we were hoping for came at a very reasonable price.

I finally was able to get on the bike for a good ride around the neighborhood and it rides like a champ. So I highly recommmend the services of Cycle Logic for all bike related work or purchases. It's worth the drive through this crazy SA traffic.

Cycle Logic Knows Bikes..... I had been searching for a good mountain bike that could pull double duty as a semi road bike and could take some punishment. and after some research and visits to bike shops I decided to go with Cycle Logic. As a former road biker, I had no knowledge of mountain bikes, but the staff took the time to educate me and to measure me to get the right bike for my needs. The guys stayed after closing to prep my bike and to go over the entire bike with me. 500 miles plus and the bike is still like new.. Thanks cycle logic...

Cycle Logic to the Rescue!. I was riding at McAllister Park last night when my chain broke. I had to walk/scoot my bike out of the park and to nearest bike shop, Cycle Logic. When I arrived, I found out that I was about an hour too late, and the shop was already closed for the evening. I tried my luck and knocked on the door. Lo and behold, someone was there and was able to fix my chain in less than 5 minutes! Awesome service! Thanks CL!

Best Bicycle Repair and Service in San Antonio!. Cycle Logic is the BEST bicycle shop with the most knowledgeable staff in San Antonio. I crashed my full suspension mountain bike and Joey got me on the trails again, quick! I’ve been mountain biking for the past 12 years and have been in a lot of bike shops, none as knowledgeable, caring or as experienced as Cycle Logic. They are a rare FIND!

I bought my bike from another bike shop in San Antonio and have been disappointed in their lack of knowledge and poor service. I wish I had come to Cycle Logic at the start! Allen and Joey know bikes with great detail and they understand how to repair them correctly the first time. My bike operates better, more quietly and efficiently than when I first purchased it. Thanks Joey!

Thanks from Norway. I was in trouble. My bike wouldn't work any longer. Something was terribly wrong.

I was on vacation here in sunny Texas with my wife, and we are both passionate bikers. What now?

Fortunately Cycle Logic was the nearest bike shop. There I met Allen, and I understood that I had come to the right place. First by intuition, later by knowledge. I definitely had the feeling that my bicycle was in good hands! And it was not an easy task to fix it - - - - - -

And even more: He started to work on it immediately! Marvellous! Wonderful! Soon I would be able to bike again! :-) And so I did! :-))

I have biked in many places in the world and I have been in many bike-shops. The service I met here was remarkable and exceeds what I have met before! Thank you very much, Allen!

Now I'm looking forward to the last few days of my vacation here in the sunshine! But by the end of this month it's back again to roads covered with snow and ice and actually not much sunshine this time of the year - - - But I'm going back to Norway with good memories from here in Texas!

And with good memories from a bike shop with a friendly and skilled bike repair man who did more than I had expected! Thanks!!!

Enjoyable shopping experience. Shopping at Cycle Logic is an excellent experience every time. Allen and co. are very approachable and will see to it that you leave knowing you got the best deal on a new bike, or an honest opinion, or the best workmanship on repairs, builds, etc. Allen was kind enough to stay after closing to build a new bike for me straight from the box and then give me the opportunity to take it for a spin to get the feel for it, and made seat adjustments accordingly. The 30 minute drive to the other side of town was worth it for me...and I reccommend that no matter where you are driving/riding from....Cycle Logic is worth the trip.

Best Bike Shop Anywhere. You suspect it when you walk in the door and it's verified the moment you speak to anyone inside: these are bike people. They seem to love what they do. I must have spoken with Allen a dozen times before I finally decided to purchase a Cycle Genius Raven recumbent--it never seemed to phase him; always patient, always helpful. That was a couple of months and 700 miles ago. The setup was perfect and they've helped with adjustments a couple of times since then--that's when you learn they really stand behind their products. Good advice, good products, good work. What else can you ask for?

Take Your Business to Cycle Logic. I emailed Allen one evening and received a reply the next day. I needed to bring my bike in and I live over an hour away so we set up a day that I could bring my bike in for a tune up and I could wait for it. Allen was great to work with - he made me feel like I was the only customer he had and that my bike was the focus of his attention. He made some recommendations and we made a few changes. I was so impressed with Allen and Cycle Logic it is the only bike shop I will use. Other may be bigger, or fancier - but NONE will be better.
