Always a pleasure

I have been seeing Dr Zilbert for many years now. I have always felt she took the time to explain things to me in a manner I could understand them.

She has done fillings, a crown and routine care on me. On occasion I have needed an emergency appointment and they get me in quickly.

Her support staff is always friendly and I don't have to wait a long time when I show up for my appointments.

Other family members use her also and like her.

The office is always clean and neat, a far cry from some dentists I've had in the past.

I often recommend her to friends that are complaining about their dentist.

Fraud and Scams! Beware!

I would give her no stars if possible! I went to her about 10 years ago, just for a cleaning, since I wasn’t having any tooth issues at the time. Before I knew it and thousands of dollars later I had five root canals/crowns and she indicated I needed about four or five more! She was clever about it and always started work on the next tooth when finishing the last one, so I'd have to come back. I finally got a clue and told her that I didn't have any more money and that she needed to stop and I went to go see another dentist (Monarch Dental), who gave me (and continues to give me) a clean bill of health on my other teeth. Zilbert obviously just wanted to get money for her then new offices and trip to Disney World that year! And she knew no one goes for a second opinion from a dentist. I was in so much pain after seeing her and I've had to have two of the root canals she did re-worked by a periodontist because she did such a lousy job! One tooth had a hair under the permanent crown she placed on it, which I kept feeling going down my throat until I finally got a hold of it and broke it, but the hair was still under the crown. Disgusting! That was the first tooth that developed serious problems and had to be re-worked, but they could only do so much after the damage Zilbert did and I still have pain in that tooth to this day. I also always thought that her instruments were never quite as sterile as they should be and after. I just found out that another one of the teeth she worked on is getting an infection, so here we go again. This woman is unethical, greedy and does shoddy, unnecessary work. Steer clear of her!!

Manipulated and in pain

At first I loved going to her. She made me feel welcome and so did her staff. I was having jaw problems and just wanted a referral to a dental surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed. She cleaned my teeth (painfully so) and told me I need multiple fillings before I got my wisdom teeth removed. It was my first time going without a parent and I agreed. Over the next couple weeks she gave me over 10 fillings (on every minor cavity). She was going to do a root canal when I said no I needed my wisdom teeth out. I'm all healed up from my wisdom teeth but I still can't chew crunchy food or any food warmer or cooler than room temp. because my teeth still hurt where she did the fillings (its been close to 3 months). THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. RUN.

Btw she used up all of my dental insurance for the year so I have to wait until January to get my teeth even looked at again.

Great team

I was very impressed with the entire staff. They were very caring and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something (the way I felt at another dentist).

She made a porcelain bridge for me. It is beautiful. The color perfectly matches my other teeth and you cannot tell it is there.

I highly recommend her to my friends.

Found a good dentist

I needed a check up after moving to SA. She was recommended to me so I gave her a try. After doing an exam she spent a good amount of time with me explaining things and answering questions. I did need two small fillings and that went well. Her office is very neat and the staff is nice and knowledgable. I have recommended her to others so I thought I would post it here also.

Office is not a busy "patient mill" like some I have been to in the past.

Overall I was very pleased.
