This manager has horrible customer service. I called ahead, explained I needed to switch out a defective cell phone and was told to come in. I get there and the manager refuses and tells me I need to switch out at a Radio Shack in my district area. I drove all the way out there since this store actually had the phone in stock and the warranty period was about to expire. I called my Radio Shack and they reiterated that any RS should take care of it. So manager relented but kept pushing extended warranty which I didn't want. My service was so slow. My sales gal answered every phone call and kept walking off to shelves to help each customer on phone! Others never answered phone. One good sales guy named Zack told her to switch out my sim card to newer one. She didnt and told me it was too time consuming to manually change over phone numbers on sim. I asked to speak to Zack. He finished 3 other customers and then came to me. There was no manual anything! He did it quickly once he started. My experience was horrible. Took me an hour to simply switch out defective phone!!!! Never will I buy a cell phone from Radio Shack again.
