The Sale and the Customer Service after the Sale.

I have purchased three vehicles from Mr. Richard Williams, New Cars. He has always conducted himself in a professional manner and most of all he is very knowledgable on all of the products that he sales. He is not a pushy salesperson, and yet he has always got the job done. All of my transaction were made with little effort on my part, matter in fact, on the last SUV I purchased Richard took care of the paperwork without me being there... Shortly after the sale the Service Manager mailed me a letter introducing himself and providing me a telephone number to call in the case I have vehicle trouble or if I just had a question. I recall two incidents where it was obvious that the Service Manager went out of his way to assist me. He was professional and he came through with what he promised. I was disappointed when the Service Department stopped issuing the Car Wash Passes when I had my SUV serviced. However, when I weighed my options, FREEDOM CHEVERLOT is still my dealership. Thanks, and keep up the good work.

Poor Service

When purchasing a car it is wise to check out the service dept. Freedom is lacking in quality and customer service in this department. Service mgr is very unresponsive to customer concerns. Try Benson Chevy instead.
